What is Youth Alpha?

Youth Alpha is a version of the popular Alpha course which we have done regularly at Christchurch over the years. The aim of Youth Alpha is the same as for ‘adult’ Alpha, namely to give people the chance to explore the Christian faith and make an informed decision about Jesus. It is a place for open discussion and fun, a time for asking questions and getting to know others.

The sort of thing that Youth Alpha will cover is:-

• Who is Jesus
• Why did Jesus die?
• How can I be sure of my faith?
• Why and how should I read the bible?
• Why and how do I pray?
• How does God guide us?
• Who is the Holy Spirit?
• What does the Holy Spirit do?
• How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit?
• What about the occult and resisting evil?
• Why and how should I tell others?
• Does God heal people today?
• What about the Church?
• Making the most of the rest of my life
  
  Who is Youth Alpha for?
  Anyone who between the ages of 11 and 18
