Men's Evenings
An evening of take aways and movies

Over the past few months the men at Christchurch have organised a social night that involves a takeaway and a film.

The event is designed purely as a social time together for everyone, not just for the people that are connected with the church. Everyone is welcome to come along.

The evening commences at 19:30 with a drink and a selection of menus from different takeaway restaurants. Once everyone has chosen from the menus, the food is ordered at 20:00 with delivery approximately 45 minutes later (depending on how busy they are). After the washing up and clearing away has been done, the film starts at approximately 21:30 in the main worship area of the church, with the aim to finish the evening at midnight.

The evening is very informal and people are more than welcome to just come and eat drink and not watch the film, or they could just come for the film and not the food, or even a mixture of both.
