CHILDREN'S WORK

POWERHOUSE

Powerhouse is our Sunday morning programme for children. Our aim is to make our children's work fun and relevant to children, to enable them to come into a relationship with Jesus and to help them to grow in their relationship with Him and to live it out.


Sparklers, (0-4 year olds)

Sparklers have fun hearing stories from the Bible, singing praise action songs to God, doing craft activities as well as enjoying some free play. Sparklers meet downstairs in Room 1.


Kids Church

Kids Church happens every Sunday at our 9.30am and 11.15am services.

A great time for children in school years R to 6 to come along, have fun and learn about God. This includes fun, messy games, prayer, music, art, crafts, gunge, jokes, worship, bible stories, puppets and drama.


Fused, School Years 7 - 10 (11-15 years old)

Fused meet together during the 11.15am service only. Learning together more about God, discipleship and going further on a journey with Him.

Ngage with God and with each other
Wednesday nights 7.00 - 9.00pm @ Christchurch

Ngage with each other: Ngage is for those in years 7 to 10. Ngage starts off with a chance to relax.
Chat to friends, or make some new ones, play games such as table football, pool, air hockey and table tennis. We also have a fairtrade tuck-shop.

It can be difficult being a Christian teenager, trying to live for God in a society which tells you to live only to satisfy yourself. Having mates who are also living for God and are your own age helps you to know that you are not the only one!

Ngage with God: Ngage moves on into a time of teaching, which is done in an inter-active way using games, short talks, quizzes, group work and other fun stuff! We also have a time of worship, allowing for everyone to express their worship to God in a style that they feel comfortable with. We also have social nights, usually twice a term.

360° is an opportunity to go deeper with God for those in year 11 and above.
It is about discovering how to have a 360° relationship with Jesus; living a 24/7 relationship instead of one reserved only for Sunday mornings! We meet every Monday in the Church from 8pm until 10pm. We also have social nights, usually twice a term.
